摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum thermischen Entwässern und Vorwärmen von wasserhaltigem Gemenge für die Beschickung von Glasschmelzanlagen während des Durchleitens durch einen schachtförmigen Behälter (1), der mit etagenweise übereinander angeordneten Heizelementen (2) für die Zufuhr von Wärme versehen ist. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe, das Beschickungsgut mittels der üblichen Abgase in Vorwärmern mit getrennten Führungen von Abgasen und Beschickungsgut aufzuheizen, ohne dass das Beschickungsgut in den Vorwärmern verklebt bzw. agglomeriert, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass a) die in der obersten Etage liegenden Heizelemente (2) gegenüber dem Gemenge geschlossen sind und auf Temperaturen von mindestens 100°C gehalten werden, b) die Grenzfläche (G) zwischen der Schüttung des Gemenges und der Atmosphäre über der Schüttung durch die in der obersten Etage angeordneten Heizelemente (2) derart profiliert und beheizt wird, dass ein Teil der Wärmeleistung an die Atmosphäre über der Schüttung abgegeben wird, und dass c) das Gemenge auf seinem weiteren Wege durch den Behälter (1) durch weitere Heizelemente (2) auf Temperaturen bis in die Nähe der Beschickungstemperatur für die Glasschmelzanlage gebracht wird.

摘要： A fuse insert comprises an insulating element (1) wherein a fuse element embedded in an arc-extinguishing medium extends between two contacts, and an optoelectrical indicator (13) connected in parallel by a network to the fuse element. In order to enhance the cut-off capacity of the fuse insert, a network comprised of an electrically conducting layer (20) and having a high ohmic value with one or a plurality of taps is provided to be connected as a voltage and/or current distributor network. The electrically conducting layer (20) may be selectively formed by spraying, coating, pressing, injection, casting, glueing, lamination, galvanizing or by combinations of those deposition methods, and enables to optimalize the volume of the cut-off cavity and to obtain particularly an extension of the fuse element or an enlargement of the arc-extinguishing medium so that the internal volume of the fuse insert may be optimally used.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a system for thermal dewatering and preheating of aqueous mixtures for feeding glass melting plants when passing through a shaft-like container (1), which is provided with heating elements (2) disposed one above another in tiers for supplying heat. In order to solve the problem of heating the feed material by means of the usual exhaust gases in preheaters with separate guidance of exhaust gases and feed material without the feed material becoming glued together or agglomerating in the preheaters, according to the invention a) the heating elements (2) located in the uppermost tier are closed with respect to the mixture and are kept at temperatures of at least 100C, b) the interface (G) between the bulk material of the mixture and the atmosphere above the bulk material is shaped and heated by the heating elements (2) disposed in the uppermost tier in such a way that part of the thermal output is given off to the atmosphere via the bulk material, and c) as the mixture proceeds through the container (1) it is heated by further heating elements (2) to temperatures close to the feeding temperature for the glass melting plant.
