摘要： Methods and apparatus for delivering and reducing the profile of a catheter for delivering a stent graft including integral branch connections. A configuration of a branch vessel stent graft, including a branch vessel (62) connection connecting a very thin walled PTFE tubular branch to a woven polyester main body. The connection is made by using by overmolding the PTFE on a polymer ring, such as silicone. In another configuration, a main body portion includes branch portions where ends of the branch portions are connected to leads extending from a sheath of a stent graft compressed in a delivery catheter. The leads (110) are routed into accessible branches of body lumens and act as pullwires to pull the branch portions into position in their respective branches as the delivery catheter is released to deploy the main body of the stent graft. Apertures in the main body portion are alignable with the branch lumens and an anchoring stent is separately deployed to extend and/or main the extension of the branch portion in the branch lumen and anchor it therein.

摘要： A method for implanting a prosthesis centrally within a curved lumen includes loading a prosthesis into a delivery sheath, advancing the sheath in a patient towards the curved lumen to place at least the proximal end of the prosthesis within the curved lumen, and centering the proximal end of the prosthesis and/or the distal end of the sheath within the curved lumen. In a first advancing step, the outer catheter containing the inner sheath is advanced together towards the curved lumen to a location proximal of the curved lumen and, in a second advancing step, the inner sheath containing the prosthesis is advanced into the curved lumen to place at least the proximal end within the curved lumen while the outer catheter substantially remains at the location. After centering, the proximal end of the prosthesis is deployed centered within the curved lumen.

摘要： A vascular repair device (1) includes a tubular graft body (10) and a structural framework having at least two stents (20) connected to the graft body. Stents of the structural framework can each be respectively connected to graft body adjacent the proximal and ends and the support member (40) is shorter than the separation distance therebetween to form a gimbal at least at one end. A first stent is connected along an entirety thereof and a second stent is connected at distal apices thereof. Distal apices of the second stent have radii of curvature smaller than proximal apices. A curved longitudinal support member can be connected to the graft body, the member being substantially symmetrical with respect to the centerline. The support member can be connected to the graft body independent of the structural framework. At least one of the ends of the support member can have a curved longitudinal extremity.
