摘要： Heterophasic polypropylene copolymers having an MFR (2.16 kg, 230°C) of 15 to 200 g/10 min, determined according to ISO 1133 comprising a propylene homo- or copolymer matrix with an MFR (2.16 kg, 230°C) of 80 to 500 g/10 min, determined according to ISO 1133 (A) and an ethylene or C 4 -C 10 -alpha-olefin propylene rubber phase (B) dispersed within the matrix, wherein the heterophasic polypropylene resin has a fraction soluble in p-xylene at 25°C (XCS), having an intrinsic viscosity of 2.85 to 4.00 dl/g, determined according to DIN EN ISO 1628-1 and -3 and being composed of propylene monomer units in an amount of 70 wt% to 90 wt%, with optimum balance of impact resistance and low amount of hexane extractables; a process for their preparation and their use.

摘要： High purity heterophasic polypropylene copolymers comprising (A) 73 to 98 wt% of a propylene homo- or copolymer matrix with an MFR 2 in accordance with ISO 1133 (230°C, 2.16 kg load) of ≥ 45 g/10 min and (B) 2 to 27 wt% of an elastomeric copolymer, comprising propylene in an amount of at least 50 wt% of component (B) and at least ethylene and/or one other C 4 to C 10 alpha olefin in an amount of up to 50 wt% of component (B), the heterophasic polypropylene copolymers being obtainable by a multistage polymerization process in the presence of a catalyst system comprising (i) a Ziegler-Natta procatalyst which contains a trans-esterification product of a lower alcohol and a phthalic ester and (ii) optionally an organometallic cocatalyst and (iii) an external donor represented by formula (I) Si(OCH 2 CH 3 ) 3 (NR 1 R 2 ) wherein R 1 and R 2 can be the same or different a represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, their production and use.

摘要： Reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefins with high flowability and excellent surface quality comprising (A) 40 - 90 wt% of a propylene homo- or copolymer matrix with an MFR in accordance with ISO 1 133 (230°C, 2.16 kg load) of ≥ 200 g/10 min and (B) 2 - 30 wt% of an elastomeric ethylene-propylene copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity IV (according to ISO 1628 with decalin as solvent) of ≤ 2.8 dl/g and an ethylene content of > 50 to 80 wt% and (C) 8 - 30 wt% of an elastomeric ethylene-propylene copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity IV (according to ISO 1628 with decalin as solvent) of 3.0 - 6.5 dl/g and an propylene content of 50 to 80 wt%, the reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefins being obtainable by a multistage polymerization process with at least 3 polymerization steps in the presence of a catalyst system comprising (i) a Ziegler-Natta procatalyst which contains a trans-esterification product of a lower alcohol and a phthalic ester and (ii) an organometallic cocatalyst and (iii) external donor represented by formula (I) Si(OCH 2 CH 3 ) 3 (NR 1 R 2 ) wherein R 1 and R 2 can be the same or different a represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, as well as the use of these reactor grade thermoplastic polyolefins and molded articles produced from them.

摘要： Process for the production of polypropylene random copolymers containing 2.5 to 5.0 wt% of ethylene as comonomer and having an MFR 2 in accordance with ISO 1 133 (230°C, 2.16 kg load) of ≥ 25 g/10 min to 100 g/10 min and a hexane-solubles content, determined according to FDA CFR 21 § 177.1520 below 5 wt%, said process comprising the step of polymerizing propylene and ethylene in the presence of a catalyst system comprising (i) a Ziegler-Natta procatalyst which contains a trans-esterification product of a lower alcohol and a phthalic ester as internal donor and (ii) an organometallic cocatalyst and (iii) an external donor represented by formula (I) or (II) Si(OCH 2 CH 3 ) 3 (NR 1 R 2 ) (I) or Si(OCH 3 ) 2 (CH 3 )(cyclohexyl) (II) wherein R 1 and R 2 can be the same or different and represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, the polypropylene random copolymers with a low level of odour and taste themselves and their use for injection moulding applications, preferably for thin-wall packaging for food packaging in non-cooking applications and for medical packaging.
