摘要： Method and apparatus for fixing the tail end of the film for wrapping palletized loads, supplied by a reel (B), envisages the following working steps: a) Positioning along the side of the load and parallel thereto a straight member (1) and transversely extending over it a section of a penultimate turn (S) of the wrapping film so as to form a vertically open pocket (Z) between this turn and the wrapped load; b) Moving an edge of the film portion of the said penultimate turn which touches the said straight member towards the other edge of the said turn so as to free space on the said straight member (1); c) Extending over the free space of said straight member (1) a section of a last turn (Sl) of the wrapping film,- d) The part of the said last turn (Sl) situated on the said straight member is moved away from the said penultimate turn (S), is made to pass over the said straight member (1) and is inserted and pulled into the said pocket (Z), remaining temporarily connected to the said distributor with the reel (B); e) The part of the said penultimate turn situated on the said straight member (1) is made to pass over this member, coming out from the same end from where the tail end came out, so as to close the said pocket.

摘要： The apparatus for a machine for wrapping usually palletized loads with an extendable pre-stretched film, provided with any electric-motor drive means which are able to ensure relative rotation, at the correct speed, of the load to be wrapped (Z) and the reel (B) of wrapping film and are able to ensure a correct speed of rotation of the p re-stretching rollers (C) so as to supply a quantity of pre-stretched film depending on the said relative speed of rotation, is such that these machines may dispense with the usual jockey wheel with proportional sensor (P) located downstream of the said pre-stretching rollers (C) for effecting variations in the quantity of film supplied by the said pre-stretching rollers depending on the variations in the geometrical form and/or off-centre arrangement of the load to be wrapped (Z), since this function may be performed by a central electronic processing unit (3) equipped with an extension and software (103) which take into account the information supplied by the said encoder (2) and which are connected to means such that they from time to time may be configured with the variables relating to the three- dimensional parameters and the at least plan-view form of the load to be wrapped and the deformability and lateral thrust resistance and/or compression characteristics of the said load and therefore the tension with which the film may wrap the said load. During wrapping the said drive means may be actuated in synchronism via synchronized connection of the associated electric motors which are designed for this type of operation.
