摘要： The device (1) comprises scraper attachment for a hot gas gun (4) having a hot gas outlet nozzle (5) and a blade support means (9) formed and arranged for supporting a scraper blade (7) thereon. The blade support (9) is formed and arranged for supporting said scraper blade (7), at or in proximity to the rear end of a hot gas discharge zone of said hot gas gun, for scraping a softened paint layer (11) from a painted surface (2), the blade (7) and blade support (9) being formed and arranged so as to permit the blade (7) to be engaged with the surface (2) to be stripped, at a shallow angle therewith, with the blade (7) extending only a small height above the surface and with a substantial clearance space above the blade extending substantially across the width of the blade (7) between opposite sides (8) thereof so as to facilitate easy and rapid passage of paint scrapings (12) over the blade (7) in use of the device.
