Said invention aims to provide a teaching and training simulator that is unique on the market, due to an innovative internal construction, mainly characterized in that said simulator gives trainees a visual display of the behavior of tools and liquid and gaseous fluids inside the casing by means of piping made of transparent material, simulating an oil well at 7000 meters below the surface, without the need to actually go underground. Given the very high financial cost and the high profitability of every oil well operation, added to the disastrous environmental impact of improperly handled operations, it becomes extremely important to have a visual training aid, like that provided by said invention, as the use thereof will have an impact on training in the processes of drilling oil and geothermal wells in our country and around the world.
