摘要： A user apparatus (1), a content provider apparatus (2), and a settlement server (3) are connected to one another via a line. The user apparatus includes a video telephone (11), a charging device (12), and a terminal booth (13) for containing them. The content provider apparatus (2) includes a video telephone (21) bidirectionally connected to the user video telephone (11) and a personal computer (23) for displaying a location of the user apparatus (1), transmitting input transaction information to the settlement server (3), and displaying information on received money from the settlement server (3). A user enters the terminal booth (13) of the user apparatus (1), receives service from the provider, and performs settlement of the charging in the charging device (12) in the terminal booth (13).
