摘要： A stapler (10) comprises a stapler main body (11) of metal, and a cover (12) of resin mounted thereon to externally cover the same. The cover (12) comprises an upper cover (55) positioned on the handle (19) side of the stapler main body (11), and a base cover (56) relatively rotatably connected thereto and positioned on the base (21) side of the stapler main body (11). The stapler main body (11) is removably installed in that it is moved relative to the cover (12). Further, the upper cover (55) and base cover (56) are relatively rotatably connected forwardly of the center of rotation of the stapler main body (11), and the upper cover (55) is provided with a press member (61) which contacts a handle (19) at a position forwardly of the center of rotation of the stapler main body (11) to impart a depressing force to the handle (19).
