In the case where female genital organ has no or excessively low moistness and thus sexual intercourse can be hardly conducted, the above-described gel is applied to the labia major or the labia minor and/or around them in the female genital organ, or applied to the male genital organ or both of the female genital organ and the male genital organ.

    • [PROBLEMS] Liquid nitrogen is introduced into a vacuum tank and allowed to instantly vaporize to saturation, and this vapor is utilized for cooling a substance. Thus, the substance is dried at a low temperature to an extremely low residual liquid content. The drying is completed in a short time. The drying gives the substance no serious damage such as contamination or oxidation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A method of drying a substance at a low temperature under vacuum which comprises a drying step for removing volatile liquids such as water and an alcohol from the substance, the step being conducted in the following manner. At the stage where the amount of the residual liquids has become small and the temperature of the substance has become apt to rise because of a reduced amount of the heat of vaporization in the substance, the pressure is reduced for a given period. Subsequently, liquid nitrogen is introduced into the vacuum tank to allow it to instantly vaporize to recover a given pressure. The low temperature of the liquid nitrogen which has been thus vaporized to saturation in the vacuum tank is utilized to lower the temperature of the substance. The step is conducted one or more times. Thus, liquids such as water and an alcohol are removed at a low temperature.
