    • A method of forming a container (1) and a container (1) formed thereby. A preform (2), having a generally cylindrical body (60, 8) extending between a closed end (12) and an open mouth, is placed within a mold (20, 22) having surfaces corresponding in shape to the desired container (1). An incompressible medium, which is the end product that remains in the molded container (1), is injected under pressure into the preform (2). Under the influence of the incompressible medium, the preform (2) is expanded into contact with the surfaces defining the cavity, simultaneously forming and filling the container (1). During expanding of the preform (2), portions of the plastic material are forced into a series of recesses (72) defined in the cavity surface (82, 85). With the incompressible medium contained therein, the container (1) is removed from the mold (20, 22) and including a series of raised dots corresponding to the series of recesses (72) defined in the cavity surface (82, 85). A method of forming a container (1) and a container (1) formed thereby.     • A two-dimensional x-ray scattering camera includes a source, an optic, a detector, and a pair of collimating blocks. The source emits x-ray beams that are reflected by the optic towards a sample. The detector detects scattering from the sample, the pair of collimating blocks is positioned between the optic and the detector to collimate the beam. A bottom surface of one block is substantially parallel a top surface of the other block, and the blocks are rotatable relative to the beam about a pivot. The system forms a two- dimensional beam that is symmetric about the primary beam axis at the detector position, regardless how the beam is collimated by the collimating blocks. The system therefore eliminates smearing and can be used for anisotropic small angle scattering at high resolution and low Q min .

    • A stator assembly for a dynamoelectric machine in accordance with the present invention includes a generally cylindrically-shaped stator core having a plurality of core slots formed along the inner surface thereof and defined by a radial depth and wherein a stator coil is disposed. The plurality of core slots defines a plurality of teeth therebetween, which have caps along the inner surface of the stator core and are connected to the stator core by a yoke portion. The plurality of core slots is lined along respective inner surfaces by a plurality of insulation slot liners. The teeth caps include projections along an inner diameter of the plurality of core slots. The slot openings are delimited by the projections along the stator inner diameter. These projections are substantially equal to a width of the slot liners, and are such that the delimited slot openings are substantially equal to a width of a conductor wire to be inserted into the lined core slots. A stator winding includes slot wire segments that are received by the slot liners, which may be formed in at least one row of slot wire segments.
