A base portion of the body having inclined side walls facilitates rotation of the body with respect to the cap. The skirt guides the body into alignment with the cap. The base can have four of the side walls forming a square, the containers of a stack having any of four relative orientations. A consumable product (40) such as a cosmetic can extend into the cap from the body.

摘要： An active LC band pass filter 10 includes a single LC pair and a plurality of active amplifiers providing a number of separate resonance circuits. The active amplifiers compensate ohmic losses, high frequency skin effects, and high frequency radiation. Each circuit has a resonance frequency that is adjustable by changing only the parameters of one or more active amplifiers. The filter 10 has a very high adjustable quality value Q, very low shape factor S, a relatively high signal-to-noise ratio, and a very large voltage gain that increases with frequency. High frequency performance is not affected by the quality of the LC pair, being limited only by the high frequency performance of the amplifier components. Also disclosed is a method for processing an electronic signal using the active LC band pass filter 10.

摘要： A dual-end cutting apparatus (10) for trimming assembled blinds (11) has fixed spacing between a pair of trimming units (14), which are adapted from conventional power miter saws (30). The blind assembly (22) is clamped to a carriage (18) that is movable on tracks (16) between the trimming units (14), and adjustable stops (40) are supported at opposite ends of the machine. The adjustable stops (40) also have actuators (42) for movement between an advanced position for positioning the blinds for cutting, and a retracted position that facilitates evacuation of scraps and chips from respective collector boxes (60) wherein cutting takes place to a vacuum holding tank (68). A method for trimming includes clamping the blinds to the carriage with components aligned against one stop member (50), trimming that end of the blinds, moving the carriage to abut the blinds against the other stop, and trimming the other end of the blinds.
