    • The present disclosure relates to open sided intermodal containers, and to a door installation for the sides of these containers. In one aspect, there is provided a container comprising a container body, the container body comprising at least a base, a plurality of corner posts, at least one side rail extending between a pair of corner posts, the side rail comprising a downwardly opening channel, a door assembly comprising a door panel, and a hinge assembly connecting the door panel with respect to the container body. The hinge assembly comprises a pin, and a knuckle which is able to both slide along the pin, and pivot on the pin so that the door panel can move between an open and a closed position with respect to the container body. There is also a lifting mechanism, and an actuator for the lifting mechanism. In use, when the door panel is in or approaching its closed position with respect to the container body, the lifting mechanism effects an upward displacement of the door panel so that an upper edge of the door panel is driven into an engagement with the channel. This arrangement compensates for door misalignment issues created by deflection of the container body.

The methods disclosed reduce the central processor unit cycles of the mobile computer device and thus the power drain caused by high numbers of calculations required to determine the location of the mobile computer device relative to one or more complex shaped geo-fences by minimising the number of positioning calculations that the mobile device needs to perform. For location updates required by the mobile computer device, the method applies data structures to a deconstructed geo-fence prior to distance calculations for use by a geo-fencing application running on the mobile computer device.

    • A data reduction method and tool for collection of digital forensic data from a target source is described. A target data source is forensically accessed and the files are filtered to generate a first set of files to be added to a data container. These files are further processed to create representations of the original files with reduced file sizes. Video files are converted into composite image files in which each image file comprises a plurality of frames sampled from the video file, and image files are converted into a standard format and size in order. The target data source is also processed to identify hidden data. The processed files are added to the data container using a compressed container format. Additionally a report is generated on all files, together with hard disk drive and partition information which can be reviewed by a practitioner. The method can be performed in parallel or subsequent to collection of a full forensic bit- for-bit copy and enables rapid collection, processing, indexing and searching of subset data to take place, which can quickly highlight devices that contain potential evidential material that may require full imaging and analysis, as well as devices for which full analysis may not be required.

    • The present invention provides an online offer management system and associated methods. The system manages supplier offers (e.g. discounts that are offered to multiple consumers) by associating a user with a supplier, and receiving, via a computer network, user identification for the user - for example, allowing a user to log in. The system then receives details, from the user, of an offer made by the supplier. The offer is displayed to consumers, who can accept the offer and have a coupon distributed to them by various means (e.g. SMS, email). The coupon can then be taken to the supplier to redeem the offer. The present invention further discloses additional features, including enabling the supplier to verify the authenticity of the coupon, when it is presented for redemption.
