    • A cradle for supporting an adjustable free weight assembly that includes first and second weight plate sets. End walls and side walls of the cradle define a cavity sized to receive the free weight assembly. The end walls engage plate portions and locking element portions of outermost weight plates of the free weight assembly when received in the cradle. Inboard surfaces of the side walls engage portions of weight plates in at least the first weight plate set to substantially inhibit the first weight plate set from moving vertically or laterally between the side walls. The configuration of the inboard surfaces of the side walls aligns the weight plates in the first weight plate set both vertically and horizontally so that central openings in the weight plates for receiving a selector shaft are substantially concentric.

    • A selectable weight set apparatus includes a handle assembly including a handle having a first end portion and a second end portion opposite the first end portion. A first weight set is adapted to be supported on the first end portion of the handle and a second weight set is adapted to be supported on the second end portion of the handle. Each of the first and second weight sets includes a plurality of weight plates. An adjustment assembly selects a number of weight plates to be retained to the handle assembly. The adjustment assembly includes at least one selector for movement relative to at least one of the first and second weight sets to engage and select the weight plates in said at least one of the first and second weight sets. A locking assembly fixes the selector relative to said at least one of the first and second weight sets.

    • A fiber optic connector assembly includes a first electrically insulating body having a contact hole and a guide hole both formed in the first insulating body. A first fiber optic adapter is mounted in the contact hole of the first insulating body. A second electrically insulating body has a contact hole and a guide hole both formed in the second insulating body. A second fiber optic adapter is mounted in the contact hole of the second insulating body. A guide bushing is received in the guide hole in the first insulating body. A guide pin is received in the guide hole in the second insulating body. The first insulating body is configured for mating with the second insulating body such that the guide pin is received in the guide bushing in close tolerance to precisely guide the fiber optic termini into engagement with each other.
