摘要： A system for managing rehypothecated collateral allocations in financial transactions includes processors coupled to memory configured to store deal attributes. The processors may execute a collateral allocation module that is operable to receive a request to release a collateral allocation, identify the collateral allocation in one or more deals at a first level, and identify a rehypothecated portion of the collateral allocation in deals at subsequent levels. Where an entirety of the collateral allocation is identified at each subsequent level, the collateral allocation module may credit the one or more deals at each subsequent level with net free equity equal to an amount of cash to be exchanged at a prior level of the subsequent levels. When a total of the net free equity credit is equal to an amount of cash to be exchanged at the first level, the collateral allocation module may release the collateral allocation.

The movable assembly includes a movable jaw, an actuator that incrementally moves the movable assembly to apply a clamp force to a clamp load, a release lever to disengage the movable assembly to release a clamp force and permit free sliding of the movable assembly along the bar. The movable assembly may support a bearing surface formed of a low-friction material, positioned to prevent the movable assembly from binding to the bar when a clamp load is released. The release lever may be movable between a position engaging the bar, a position where the release lever disengages the bar, and another position engaging the bar, the third position being opposite the first position with the second position therebetween.

An outermost coil of the spring may extend out of an opening in the reel and be attached to an innermost coil of the tape, and a second seal may be provided on the reel, to seal between the spring and the reel where the spring extends from the reel. Alternatively, the spring may be contained within the reel, and an outermost coil of the spring may be attached to an interior of the reel. An exterior of the reel may include an attachment portion to which an innermost coil of the tape is attached. The housing may be openable to enable contaminants to be removed from the housing.

摘要： One aspect of the present invention provides an electrochemical cell system comprising at least one electrochemical cell configured to be selectively connected to a load to discharge the cell by generating electrical current using a fuel and an oxidant. The electrochemical cell system may alternatively be connected to a power supply to recharge the cell. The electrochemical cell system further comprises a switching system configured to permit progressive movement of the anodes used for charging each electrochemical cell, maintaining a minimum distance from a progressively moving cathode that is the site of fuel growth.

The system also includes a desiccator unit communicated to the first air conduit and configured for extracting water from the humid gas-phase. The system additionally includes a heater for selectively heating the desiccant to selectively release extracted water from the desiccator unit. The system further includes a return conduit communicating the desiccator unit to the ionically conductive medium for receiving extracted water from the desiccator unit, and directing the extracted water to the ionically conductive medium. Other associated systems and methods are also disclosed.
