摘要： A filtering apparatus having a housing with lateral, upstream and downstream walls, and a top plate disposed at a significant angle to incoming overspray air to accelerate and guide the particulate-laden air. The angle of the top plate directs the air upstream and away from the filters so the larger solids impact the top plate and wall and adhere, removing paint from the air. Larger solids too massive to turn while accelerating through an opening into an entry chamber collect on the upstream sidewall and the highly filtered air flows toward filter units disposed downstream of the entry opening. Lighter solids that flow downstream are removed by the filtration media. An overhang of the angled top plate reduces flow into the filter units of collected solids.

摘要： A compact conveyor apparatus for conveying fluent material. A primary conveyor, a feed conveyor and a hopper mount to a mobile base. The base may be a trailer or a vehicle bed. The hopper is vertically moveable relative to the base and the feed conveyor is pivotably mounted to the hopper. The primary conveyor is rotatably and pivotably mounted to the base. In a transport mode the feed conveyor is substantially parallel to, and supported by, the base, and the primary conveyor is substantially parallel to, and directly above, the feed conveyor. In operation mode, the feed conveyor is angled relative to the base's upper surface and its lower end and the hopper are disposed lower than the base's upper surface. The apparatus maintains the hopper substantially parallel.

A first subset of teeth has a first outer face that applies a lateral pressure to a link of a drive chain in a first direction. A second subset of teeth has a second outer face that applies a lateral pressure to another link of a drive chain in a second direction. The teeth all have substantially the same width. The top surfaces of the teeth are offset from the centerline of the drive chain. The centerlines of the top surfaces of the teeth are arranged asymmetrically on one side of the centerline of the drive chain.

摘要： Electrostatic precipitator electrodes are lightweight, thin metal plates and/or bidirectional composite ply sheets. Such lightweight sheets or plates are more efficiently cleaned, because the rapping force requirement is reduced relative to larger conventional electrodes. The mechanism to dislodge dust from the electrode is motion within the plane of the collection surface. A frame is mounted around the collection electrode having upper and lower support members at opposite electrode sides and first and second vertical support members at opposite electrode sides. The upper support member is displaced by application of a tensile force, thereby causing deformation of the electrode due to biaxial tensile stress. In one embodiment, a second tensile loader applies tensile force to a vertical support member.
