    • An assembly for storing and transporting compressed fluid, such as compressed natural gas (CNG) that includes; a plurality of hexagonally stacked pipe stored in a cargo hold in or on a vessel, such as a ship or barge, that includes a lower support, side supports and a forcing mechanism that presses so strongly down on the pipes that they cannot move relative to themselves or relative to the vessel on which they are placed in any service situation. The friction between each of the pipes causes the plurality of pipes to act as part of the vessel in termsof its structure. Each of the pipes in the plurality of pipes is connected to a manifold system to allow for the loading and unloading of the compressed fluid.

    • An atmospheric water generator includes a housing containing a substantially parallel array of plates mounted to and between a parallel pair of cooling walls having thermoelectric Peltier-effect modules mounted thereon which cool the cooling walls and hence cool the plates. The plates are spaced apart to form airways. The plates are each formed, when viewed in lateral cross-section, as substantially sinusoidally corrugated plates. A parallel, spaced apart array of ridges is formed on and along the length of each corrugation on both the inner and outer surfaces of each corrugation. Each ridge of the array of ridges extends along a corresponding airway in the direction of flow of the stream of air. A shaker is mounted to vibrate the array of plates. The plates are advantageously maintained just above freezing, for example at substantially three degrees centigrade above zero, irrespective of the local dew point in the airways.

    • A pellet machine includes a hopper feeding a pair of inter-locking counter-rotating dies. Feeders convey material from the hopper to pre-compression rollers on the dies. A mat of the material is rotated on the dies into a nip between the pair of dies. Teeth on each die are in opposed facing relation to the teeth on the opposite die as the teeth rotate into the convergence area in the nip. Pellet forming chambers are inter-leaved between the teeth on both dies. The teeth are offset between the two dies so that the teeth act as plungers driving and compressing the material mat into and through the chambers as the teeth on each die drive into the opposed facing depression between the teeth on the opposite die. The material is driven through the chambers to extrude into the interiors of the dies.
