    • A structure assembled from a combination of stackable modules (600), each module assembled from multiple prefabricated, transportable blocks (100, 250, 200, 300, 350, 370, 400, 970). The blocks are typically reinforced cast concrete formed in reusable molds. Module framing blocks may include arched corner blocks (200), key blocks (300) that interlock with a pair of corner blocks, and optional center blocks (350). Other structural elements include roof, floor, and wall components that interlock with the framing modules. Modules may be stacked or nested to form structures including buildings, elevated roadways, and parking garages. Utilities may be provided through optional conduits (211) formed in the corner elements. The framing supports raised floor modules for ease in mechanical system installation and modification. The roof elements support usable terraces and rainwater collection. The blocks are demountable and reusable. The modules are self-supporting during erection, and may be assembled without fasteners.

    • Elevated platforms of variable size are fabricated from pre-cast planar construction blocks. The platforms may be used to support pre-cast structures or prefabricated units. The platform comprises a plurality of support blocks which include haunches to support drop-in beams of variable length. The platforms are supported by pre-cast pedestal block foundation elements which may be installed on the surface, buried, or partially buried. The platforms may also be supported by pile cap blocks or nested assemblies of pile cap blocks which are grouted over conventional piles. The modular elements may include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing MEP ports for providing utilities through the platform or structure.

    • A system and method for the rapid precision forming of complex precast shapes using a slip form table comprising a slip form assembly and a lift master. The slip-form assembly has a replaceable forming face secured to a compressible backing material which is supported by a rigid slip-form. The lift master has a base master cast in the shape of the desired final cast block, with integral cast lift beams. A drive mechanism raises and lowers the base master relative to the slip-form assembly. The table has a leg and tie-down support. The slip form table may support a single block casting operation, or may support multi-stack casting. The lift master and slip-form may be precision concrete castings.
