    • In one example, an agricultural system is provided and includes a first component and a second component. The first component includes a network interface for receiving an agricultural prescription over a network. The agricultural prescription is comprised of at least one agricultural characteristic and at least one agricultural action. The second component is in communication with the first component and configured to receive the agricultural prescription from the first component. The second component is configured to output the at least one agricultural action. In one example, an agricultural system is provided and includes an agricultural device and an agricultural communication device including a network interface for receiving an agricultural prescription over a network. The agricultural prescription is comprised of at least one agricultural characteristic and at least one agricultural action. The agricultural device is configured to output the agricultural action.
