摘要： The invention relates to a method for processing steel slags and optionally ferriferous materials such as e.g. electric furnace slags, converter slags, dust produced during the manufacturing of steel, rolling mill cinders or secondary metallurgical tailings. According to the inventive method, the molten steel slags or ferriferous materials are mixed with chrome ores or with dust containing chrome and/or nickel in order to adjust the slag basicity to a level ranging from 1.2 to 1.6, whereby the bath temperature is maintained at a temperature greater than 1600 DEG C, especially between 1650 DEG C and 1800 DEG C, and an Fe bath containing carbon is provided or configured. In addition to the environmentally compatible slags, a high-quality ferrochrome alloy can be obtained, whereby the economic efficiency of the method is improved.

摘要： This method enables the smelting reduction of chromium ores to be done with a high efficiency by charging such an amount of carbon material that permits a total surface area thereof per ton of slag to become not less than 60 m . When a material, which is thermally disintegrated and pulverized when it is exposed to a high-temperature atmosphere in a furnace, is used as a carbon material, a stable smelting reduction operation can be carried out as the scattering of the carbon material is restrained. Moreover, the melting of the refractory in a smelting reduction furnace, which poses problems in a conventional method of this kind, especially, the local melting of such a refractory is lessened greatly, so that the lifetime of the refractory can be prolonged greatly.

摘要： In a process for producing hydraulic binders, raw steel and/or alloys like FeCr or FeV from chromium and/or vanadium-containing basic steel slags, the liquid steel slag is mixed with an additive from the group consisting of blast furnace slag, electric arc furnace slag, dusts from steel production, metal waste or rubbish incineration residues and/or with acid additives to reduce the viscosity, whereupon steel is sedimented from the liquid slag and the remaining slag is reduced in a first reduction stage to an iron oxide content of under 5 wt.% and over 1 wt.% to metallic iron, whereupon the remaining slag melt is further reduced in a second reduction stage with a higher reduction potential than the first to give metallic Cr or V or their steel alloys and the hydraulically active slag is separated off.

摘要： A reduced chromium-ore bearing powder used for producting of a chromium-containing steel in a converter, is produced by a reduction of chromium-ore powder having a particle-diameter of 3 mm or less by a carbonaceous reducing agent having a particle diameter of 3 mm or less in an inert-gas atmosphere, while the chronium-ore powder and carbonaceous reducing agent are stirred and mixed with each other in the reaction chamber (5). The reduced chromium-ore powder has 3 mm or less of particle diameter. Acid-soluble chromium is in an amount of 85 % or more of the total chromium, and acid-soluble iron is in an amount of 95 % or more of the total iron.
