摘要： A digital broadcasting system and a method of processing data is disclosed. A receiving system of the digital broadcasting system may include receiving system may include a signal receiving unit, a first data processor, a second data processor, and an audio/video (A/V) decoder. The signal receiving unit receives at least one of first mobile service data transmitted in accordance with a first transmission mode and second mobile service data transmitted in accordance with a second transmission mode. The first data processor can correct an error generated in the first mobile service data by performing demodulation for the first mobile service data received in the signal receiving unit in accordance with a first demodulation mode and performing CRC (cyclic redundancy check) decoding and RS decoding for RS (Reed-Solomon) of the demodulated first mobile service data. The second data processor can correct an error generated in the second mobile service data by performing demodulation for the second mobile service data received in the signal receiving unit in accordance with a second demodulation mode and performing CRC decoding and RS decoding for a code block of the demodulated second mobile service data. The A/V decoder can perform A/V decoding for the mobile service data output from the first data processor and the second data processor.

The mobile service data may construct a code block, the code block including at least one data packet for the mobile service data, an RS parity generated based on the at least one data packet, and a CRC checksum generated based on the at least one data packet and the RS parity. The demodulating unit performs demodulation on the received mobile service data. The deinterleaver deinterleaves the demodulated mobile service data. The decoder corrects error generated from the mobile service data by performing CRC decoding and RS decoding on the code block of the deinterleaved mobile service data.

摘要： A broadcast receiving system capable of receiving mobile broadcast data and a method for processing broadcast signals are disclosed. The broadcast receiving system includes N number of antenna elements, a demodulator, a transmission parameter detector, and a block decoder. The N number of antenna elements receives each of the broadcast signals. The demodulator demodulates the broadcast signal having greater signal strength among each of the received broadcast signals. The transmission parameter detector detects the transmission parameter. The block decoder symbol-decodes the mobile broadcast service data included in the received broadcast signal in block units, based upon the detected transmission parameter.

摘要： A broadcast receiving system capable of receiving mobile broadcast data and a method for processing broadcast signals are disclosed. The broadcast receiving system includes a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit, a known sequence detector, a equalizer, and a display unit. The first receiving unit receives a first broadcast signal including first mobile broadcast service data and first main broadcast service data. The second receiving unit receives a second broadcast signal including second mobile broadcast service data and second main broadcast service data. The known sequence detector detects at least one of known data included in the received first broadcast signal and known data included in the received second broadcast signal. The channel equalizer uses the detected known data, thereby channel-equalizing the received first and second mobile broadcast service data corresponding to the detected known data. The display unit provides any one of first video data and second video data included in the channel- equalized first and second mobile broadcast service data to a user.
