The first section may be located adjacent to the second section. At least part of the first section may extend about the second section. The second section may extend about at least part of the first section. The appliance may comprise a body and a handle connected to the body, and the first section and the second section of the fluid flow path may be located in the body. The body may comprise the fluid inlet. The first section and the second section of the fluid flow path may be isolated within the body. The body may comprise at least one wall for isolating the first section from the second section. Said at least one wall may comprise a tubular wall extending about the heater.
