摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing a supercapacitor, comprising the following steps: (a) preparing a graphene film on a substrate S1, (b) optionally transferring the graphene film to a substrate S2, which is different from the substrate S1, (c) preparing in-plane graphene electrodes of interdigital structure and at least one current collector of interdigital structure by (c1) providing a mask on the graphene film, wherein the mask has a mask pattern which leaves at least one graphene area of interdigital structure uncovered, (c2) applying the current collector onto the graphene area of interdigital structure and removing the mask, (c3) removing the parts of the graphene film which are not covered by the current collector, (d)adding an electrolyte such that the electrolyte is in contact with the in-plane graphene electrodes of interdigital structure.
