摘要： Die Erfindung bezieht sich u. a. auf eine Anordnung (10) zum Umwandeln eines ersten digitalen Signals (Uh) mit einem ersten Spannungshub in ein zweites digitales Signal (Un) mit einem gegenüber dem ersten Spannungshub kleineren Spannungshub. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Schwellwertdetektionseinrichtung (30) vorgesehen, die ein eingangsseitig anliegendes Eingangssignal, das dem ersten digitalen Signal entspricht oder mit diesem gebildet worden ist, mit einem Schwellenwert (Uref) vergleicht und die - wenn das Eingangssignal den Schwellenwert überschreitet - eine Pulsfolge (Pl) bestehend aus Einschalt- und Ausschaltimpulsen erzeugt. Eine galvanische Trenneinrichtung (40), die mit dem Ausgang (A30) der Schwellwertdetektionseinrichtung (30) verbunden ist, leitet die Pulsfolge (Pl) unter Potentialt rennung an eine Signalrückgewinnungseinrichtung (50) weiter, die mit der am Signalausgang (A50) der galvanischen Trenneinrichtung anliegenden Pulsfolge (P2) das zweite digitale Signal erzeugt.

摘要： Interface circuit of simple construction which is suitable for use with either a short (less than 15 metres) or a long (15 to 50 metres) input/output cable (30, 31). The interface circuit includes a plurality of differential line drivers (38), and connection means (35, 37, J5) for selectively adapting electrical network means included in the interface circuit so as to make each driver (38) selectively compatible with either a short input/ouput cable or a long input/output cable. Each driver (38) has a first output which is permanently connected to a respective conductor (30) of the input/output cable, and a second output which is connectable via jumper means (J5) to a respective conductor (31) of the input/ouput cable if the cable is long. If the cable is short, the relevant conductor is connected to ground via further jumper means.
