摘要： A coiled tubing assembly for use in a wellbore includes at least two continuous coiled tubing members which are joined by clamp assemblies at longitudinally spaced positions such that the tubing members are adapted to be collectively spoolable on a common drum. Each clamp assembly has a central portion spanning between the spaced apart coiled tubing members and clamping portions joined to the central portion to extend about the tubing members respectively. Each clamping portion is maintained in an elastically stretched state in a circumferential direction about the respective tubing member such that the internal circumference of the clamping portion is arranged to be elastically reduced about the respective tubing member when the tubing member stretches longitudinally in use within a wellbore.

摘要： A bracket stores and separates conduits. The bracket includes two interchangeable halves (102) having an engagement extrusion (104) extending from an inner face. Each half has a corresponding receptive slot (108) disposed in the inner face. The bracket half includes at least one conduit receptive channel (110) defined in the inner face. The halves align and engage when each half 's extrusion is inserted into the other half 's slot. The channels align to secure a conduit therein. The engagement portions may comprise a dovetail (204) and socket (208) engagement. At least two stages of securement are provided. Securement may comprise snap fit, sliding or other methods. A first, temporary stage of engagement initially joins the halves, adjustably and releasably retaining the halves and the conduits together. The second and subsequent stages of engagement are tighter engagements between the tail and socket, achieved by applying more pressing force to the halves or inserting a fastener.

Rigid connection is achieved by guidance and location of spring-loaded buttons (60, 86a, 86b) of the male portion (12) into apertures of the female portion (14) .The connector (10) allows the female portion to be attached to a horizontal element, such as a horizontal drill pipe, and to mate with the male portion attached to a vertical element. In this configuration, lifting the male portion vertically upwards allows gravity to locate the spring-loaded buttons of the male portion into the female portion to provide rigid attachment at the connector such that the elements can be secured vertically inline with each other. The connector therefore provides a self lifting capability.

The anchor rail is formed as a U-shaped channel having a pair of upstanding, opposing legs, each leg having an inwardly extending wall and terminating in a downwardly oriented lip. The adapter includes a top surface, flanges depending from the top surface and mounting legs extending from the flanges. The mounting legs each have a hook-like portion for engaging a respective rail lip. The adapter is flexible to permit urging the flanges inwardly toward one another for inserting a portion of the mounting legs into the U-shaped channel, and is also resilient such that the hook like portions biasedly engage the rail lips. In one embodiment, a hanger is formed integral with the adapter.

摘要： The invention is for a coupling device for use in a structural assembly for building a barrier. The coupling device is usable with a shaft of the structural assembly to enable the shaft to couple one or more other components of the assembly, including for example other shafts, base plates, cap elements and/or joint assemblies. The coupling device comprises a main coupling member having an elongate body with at least one internal channel extending longitudinally therethrough for receiving a corresponding longitudinal inner wall section of a the corresponding shaft during insertion of the coupling member into the hollow shaft. The coupling member also comprises a locking mechanism operable to fix the body to the first shaft member in a locked position and allow insertion or removal of the body relative to the shaft in an unlocked position. The coupling device is particularly suited to orthogonally fix one shaft to another.
