    • A ventilation valve (1; 101) for ventilation of a space for keeping animals or plants includes an opening-defining circumferential framework (3; 103) for mounting in a wall of that space, and a movable panel (5; 105).     • The present invention relates to a construction method for a changeable green house structure, wherein square perpendicular cells can move up and down using guides and cylinders, the internal temperature of the green house is automatically controlled, and a control of internal volumetric space is possible in times of adverse meteorological conditions, such as typhoons and snow, or for saving energy. The present invention provides an effect of controlling the green house structure without great difficulties by automating changes made to the green house structure, which is prompted by the aging farming population; enables energy saving by opening and shutting the green house structure automatically on the basis of climate conditions, wherein during times of high temperatures in summer and low temperatures of winter, the green house structure can be completely opened or the height of the green house structure can be lowered to decrease the internal volumetric space; and enables effective maintenance by allowing only the damaged cells to be replaced when the green house structure is partially damaged. Additionally, when wind pressures are high, the green house structure provides protection against a disaster such as a typhoon, by lowering the height of the green house structure and by raising the wind direction through a wind pressure control panel disposed exterior to the green house structure, thereby decreasing damage to the green house structure. Further, the green house structure can be changed depending on the desired purpose, such as changing the type of agricultural product stored or livestock housed or controlling temperatures during the day and night, thereby providing an effect of maintaining an appropriate volumetric area in the green house.

According to the present invention, the disposition of the solar cells on the roof panels or the outer walls of the building and changes in the external appearance of the building enhance the light collection efficiency of the solar cells, and make active responses possible with respect to the ventilation of the building and weather conditions.
