摘要： An apparatus for loading and unloading a cart into and from a chamber of a housing. The apparatus is movable between a first, collapsed configuration and a second, expanded configuration. The apparatus includes a user portion and a chamber portion engagable with the housing. The chamber portion is movable relative to the user portion. An attachment assembly selectively attaches the apparatus to the housing. At least one cart locking device selectively locks the cart to the apparatus. When the at last one cart locking device locks the cart to the apparatus, the cart is removed from the chamber when the apparatus moves from the first, collapsed configuration to the second, expanded configuration. The cart is inserted into the chamber when the apparatus moves from the second, expanded configuration to the first, collapsed configuration.

摘要： A device for removing oil mist and odors from an airstream comprising a base having an air inlet in the lower end thereof for receiving an airstream. A first tubular filter has a first end and a second end. The first end is closed, and the second end is mounted on the base wherein the first tubular filter defines an inner chamber that is in communication with the air inlet. A second tubular filter is mounted on the base. The second tubular filter surrounds the first tubular filter and defines an outer chamber therebetween. An opening is formed through the base. The opening connects the outer chamber with the air inlet. A valve element is disposed in the base. The valve element allows flow from the outer chamber to the air inlet when pressure in the outer chamber exceeds pressure in the air inlet.

摘要： A method for decontaminating a biological safety cabinet with a falling film evaporator, the method comprising the steps of: providing a falling-film evaporator within a cavity of a biological safety cabinet, the evaporator having a housing defining a cavity and an evaporation element disposed in the cavity; conveying a liquid decontaminant from a source of liquid decontaminant to the evaporation element such that the liquid decontaminant flows along a surface of the evaporation element; conveying a carrier gas through the cavity of the housing wherein the carrier gas is conveyed along the surface of the evaporation element to evaporate the liquid decontaminant thereby forming a mixture of the carrier gas and the vaporized decontaminant; and exhausting the mixture into the cavity of the biological safety cabinet to decontaminate articles and surfaces in the cavity.

A device to detach the removable base portion from the chemistry container including a mounting end that is mountable within the well such that the device extends into a lower portion of the well. The free end is dimensioned to matingly engage and apply a force to a mating feature on the chemistry container or on the removable base portion as the chemistry container is inserted into the well.
