    • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Fügen von mindestens zwei flächigen Bauteilen (10, 12) aneinander mittels eines Kunststoffs (14) zu einem Verbundbauteil, wobei im Zuge des Verfahrens die beiden Bauteile (10, 12) so gegeneinander angeordnet werden, dass sie einen Fügespalt (28), der zur Aufnahme des Kunststoffs (14) vorgesehen ist, mindestens teilweise umschließen. Erfindungsgemäß wird zum Einspritzen des Kunststoffs (14) ein Dosierschlauch (1 6) in dem Fügespalt (28) angeordnet, mittels dessen der Kunststoff (14) in den Fügespalt (28) eingespritzt wird. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein entsprechendes Verbundbauteil.

    • The present invention relates to a hollow injection-molded material and a joining method for the same. When a hollow injection-molded material product is manufactured by joining two injection-molded materials, the present invention enables simple joining with low cost, compared with a known joining method through fusion or a manufacturing method through blow-molding. For this purpose, when the hollow injection-molded product is manufactured by joining primary and secondary injection-molded materials, the joining method for the hollow injection-molded material according to the present invention comprises the steps of: injection-molding the primary and secondary injection-molded materials in order to form grooves at a certain depth on each joining surface of the primary and secondary injection-molded materials; joining the primary and secondary injection-molded materials in a joining mold, and injecting the fused joining material into the groove formed on the joining surface, while facing and attaching the joining surfaces of the primary and secondary injection-molded materials then cooling it; and finally completing the injection-molded product by cutting a burr partially formed on the outer circumference of the joint between the primary and secondary injection-molded materials after injection-molding through the joining mold.

    • The invention relates to a method for making a cellular structure, including a cellular panel (10) and a complementary element (48), said cellular panel including a honeycomb core (12) sandwiched in between two cover plates (16,18). The latter has cells (14) oriented substantially perpendicularly to said cover plates.
