    • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von mit Bewehrungsmitteln aus vorzugsweise Metall, insbesondere Stahl, bewehrten Poren- oder Schaumbetonforinkörpern mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten : a) Verwendung von mindestens einem, vorzugsweise mehreren, Bewehrungsmittel (n) mit mindestens einem z.B. fest integriertem Haltestab, vorzugsweise mehreren Haltestäben, wobei die Haltestäbe vorzugsweise mit einer Sollbruchstelle versehenen sind, b) Ausrichten und Positionieren der Bewehrungsmittel für die Aufnahme durch einen Bewehrungshalterahmen, c) Klemmendes Befestigen der Haltestäbe an dem Bewehrungshalterahmen derart, dass die Bewehrungsmittel von dem Bewehrungshalterahmen herunter hängen, und die Haltestäbe vertikal ausgerichtet sind, d) Zweckmäßigerweise Aufbringen von Rostschutzmittel auf die Bewehrungsmittel, e) Positionierendes Einhängen der an dem Bewehrungshalterahmen hängenden Bewehrungsmittel in eine mit Frischbetonmasse befüllte oder noch zu befüllende, nach oben offene Gießform, f ) Ansteifen lassen der Frischbetonmasse zum Betonkuchen, g) Abtrennen der einzelnen Haltestäbe oder zumindest jeweils eines oberen Haltestabteils der einzelnen Haltestäbe, vorzugsweise an der jeweils dafür vorgesehenen Sollbruchstelle, von den Bewehrungsmitteln, h) Gegebenenfalls Schneiden des Betonkuchens in grüne Poren- oder Schaumbetonformkörper, i) Härten der grünen Poren- oder Schaumbeton formkörper oder des Betonkuchens.

According to an implementation of the present invention, the base plate includes features that minimize voids and air pockets between the anchor bolt and the concrete to promote a strong bond. In other implementations, the concrete anchor float includes an impalement protection surface that prevents serious injury that may otherwise result from falling on the anchor float.
