摘要： An exercise resistance cable apparatus for engagement with a pulley assembly of a support structure and with a cable locking pin of an anchor assembly of the support structure. The exercise resistance cable apparatus includes an elastic exercise resistance cable. A cable anchor ring is securely connected to a first end of the elastic exercise resistance cable. A handgrip is connected to a second end of the elastic exercise resistance cable. During use the elastic exercise resistance cable is directed through an activity bay of the pulley assembly and ultimately attached, via the cable anchor ring, to the cable locking pin of the anchor assembly of the support structure. The exercise resistance cable apparatus is particularly adapted to be used with an exercise chair having a frame with pulley assemblies defining a plurality of activity bays positioned at desired locations thereon.

摘要： The portable mini exercise-bike which occupies a minimum space, is made up of a pedal section (100) which by means of supporting elements is fixed to a resting surface. The fixing element used to fix the mini exercise-bike to the resting surface, can be realized with a suction cup (10) or a base plate (63, 83). On the pedal (45) of the pedal section, a removable pedal cover (46) fits perfectly, on which are placed slippers (47), having slots (50) to allow straps to pass. The pedal covers (46) have a lateral element with a nut screw (52) which permits the screwing of a rod (53). On the axle of pedal (45) it is possible to insert a specially formed handle instead of the pedals, using straps to fix the hand in position. A flywheel (63) can be assembled with the mini exercise-bike.

Preferably, the motion of the handles (16, 17) is rotational, and the plane of rotation of each handle (16, 17) is adjustable. In addition, the position of the handles (16, 17) relative to each other, and the radius of rotation of the handles (16, 17), are adjustable. A single machine (10) provides that movement of the handles (16, 17) is effected by differing motions performed by the operator to facilitate the performance of differing exercises.
