A method embodiment of the providing PM data to the OAM system (200) to which the network element (10) is connected, the PM data being related to one or more objects (340a, 420a) associated with the network element (10), comprises: determining (702), by the network element (10), whether at least one of the one or more objects (340a), (420a) is an unmirrored object, the unmirrored object being invisible to the OAM system (200); if at least one of the one or more objects (340a), (420a) is an unmirrored object, accumulating (704), by the network element (10), PM data of the at least one unmirrored object with PM data of further objects associated with the network element (10); and providing (706), by the network element (10), the accumulated PM data to the OAM system (200).

    • A cell planning tool capable of determining the correctness of stored parameters regarding a cell site configuration, e.g. regarding the height of an antenna section (14) or the output power. The correctness of the parameters is determined by importing a number of in-situ signal strength-measurements from measuring points (28) located within the coverage area (22) of said cell site and predicting the signal-strength at each of said measuring points, using said stored parameters. The mobility report reporting that a successful switch has taken place between the source cell (115) and the target cell (135), thereby enabling updating of the neighbour cell relations based on the mobility report. Hence, reporting back of successful cell switching is enabled even when the target base station is unprepared by the source base station about the switching. Neighbour cell relations of at least the source base station may be updated based on the mobility report.
