摘要： Disclosed is a production method for a catalyst for producing propanediol, and a production method for propanediol using the same. The production method for a catalyst for producing propanediol is a production method for a catalyst which is added in a single reaction process for making propanediol from glycerol, and comprises the steps of: preparing a metal precursor solution by dissolving at least one type of metal precursor compound in a solvent; forming a precipitate by adjusting the pH of the metal precursor solution; aging the precipitate; filtering and drying the aged precipitate; and calcining the dried precipitate.

摘要： The present invention relates to an impeller assembly wherein a coupling method between an impeller and magnet is improved, more specifically to an impeller assembly which prevents cracking in the inner circumference of the magnet from external forces by applying a guide screw coupled with the end of the impeller and the inner circumference of the magnet and facilitates assembly and disassembly. Furthermore, the impeller can be used for chemicals, medicines, foodstuffs, etc., because metal components are not used therein. In addition, the present invention relates to a hot water boiler using the impeller assembly. According to the present invention, the impeller assembly with improved assembly efficiency comprises: an impeller with a blade unit and a coupling unit, the guide comprising a corresponding coupling unit coupled with the coupling unit of the impeller, and the magnets which are arranged on the outer circumference of the guide.

摘要： The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism having an enhanced ability to produce ethanol and butanol and a method for preparing ethanol and butanol using the same, and more particularly to a recombinant microorganism having an enhanced ability to produce ethanol and butanol, into which a gene encoding CoA transferase and a gene encoding alcohol/aldehyde dehydrogenase are introduced, and to a method for preparing ethanol and butanol using the same. The recombinant microorganism according to the present invention, obtained by manipulating metabolic pathways of microorganisms, is capable of producing butanol and ethanol exclusively without producing any byproduct, and thus is useful as a microorganism producing industrial solvents and transportation fuel.
