    • The present invention relates to the provision of computer software for modelling the energy consumption of at least one process. Each of the processes associated with the model can have a plurality of resource streams, with each resource stream having at least one operational attribute. The software provided may execute the steps of initially receiving at least one of a range of attribute values for at least one attribute of at least one resource stream used by the process. Subsequently the software provided may calculate at least one energy consumption value for the process model using the received range or range of attribute values provided. The method of modelling energy consumption, the energy consumption of a process, and an energy consumption modelling system which is also within the scope of the present invention.
