摘要： A catheter useful for non-surgical entry into the cervical canal of a uterus to dispense a diagnostic fluid therein. The catheter includes a tubular body having a lumen extending from a first end thereof to a second end thereof. The lumen includes a first aperture at or adjacent to the first end for dispensing a diagnostic fluid into the interior of a subject uterus, and a balloon disposed marginally adjacent to the first end of the body for fluid sealing the interior of the subject uterus. The lumen further includes a second aperture in fluid communication with the interior of the balloon for inflation thereof with the diagnostic fluid. The area of the first aperture is less than the area of the second aperture to provide a backpressure that inflates the balloon when a diagnostic fluid is injected through the catheter. In most applications, the catheter can be combined with a syringe to form a catheter apparatus.

In the "uncapped" or "open" state, the bottom wall of the canister is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the receptacle, thus allowing free flow of a cryogenic substance through holes in the bottom all of the canister. When the canister is removed from a cryogenic storage container (e.g. dewar), the user pulls the handle (208) upwardly, causing the slots to move upward relative to the hooks until the receptacle abuts the bottom wall of the canister ("closed" state), wherein a small amount of the cryogenic substance remains trapped in the canister and thereby helps to avoid damage to a sample due to unwanted rapid defrosting.

摘要： A system for identifying genomic features in an embryo candidate is disclosed. The system includes a genomics sequencer, a computing device and a display. The genomic sequencer is configured to obtain sequence information from concatenated genomic fragments derived from an embryo candidate. The concatenated genomic fragments each contain at least one genomic linker segment and at least one genomic fragment from the embryo candidate. The computing device is communicatively connected to the genomic sequencer and includes a sequence alignment engine and a genomic features identification engine. The sequence alignment engine is configured to subtract out sequence information related to the genomic linker segment portion of the concatenated genomic fragments and align the genomic fragment sequences to a reference genome. The genomic features identification engine is configured to identify genomic features in the aligned genomic fragment sequences. The display is communicatively connected to the computing device and configured to display a report containing the identified genomic features.
