摘要： The application describes a container, bag, pouch or reusable envelope which is closed by one part (2) locating over a second part (1), the second part(1) having an opening (7) for receiving the head (14) of a breakable seal (13) which locks into the opening in such a manner that it cannot be removed without breaking, the seal (13) in its inserted position locking the first part (2) in place over the second part (1) in a tamper evident fashion. The second part (1) has a shoulder (17) at either side of the opening (7) and the seal (13) has on its underside recesses (19) for registration with the shoulders (17). Typically said one part (2) is the fastener tab of the zipped opening of a reusable envelope and the second part (1) is the enclosure or chamber of a lock unit mounted on the envelope, adjacent one end of the zipped opening.

摘要： The coded safety seal with a protective cover is first and foremost meant to be used for sealing the electricity meters, containers of any kind, waggons, tugs, cisterns, trucks, mail bags and warehouses. It contains of the masculine part (4) and feminine part (2) that are of a flat shape mutually connected by a thread (10). The masculine part (4) has a protective cover (6), the body with two pairs of elastic spurs, the longer one (14) and the shorter one (16). Along both sides of the masculine part there are grooves (24, 26 and 28, 30), that are in the centre of the masculine part connected by the opening (18), and on the top of the protection cover by the opening (20). Starting from the bottom of the masculine part and through the protection cover (6) runs a safety wire (32) which is tightly connected with the masculine part. The loose end (50) of the safety wire serves for embracing the objects that we want to seal. The feminine part (2) with a hole (34) and knobs (36 and 38) that are adjusted to receive the lower part of the masculine part with the spurs, after the masculine part has been inserted into the feminine one. The protection cover (6) must properly rest on the feminine part (2) which enables the seal to be safe from violent opening without a visible damage. Code and alphanumerical signs (46 and 48) on the feminine part of the seal offer all the necessary information about the seal number, manufacturer, user, person that has installed the seal etc. Masculine part, feminine part and the thread are made of a transparent material which makes any violent attempt to open the seal and sloppy assembling easily visible.

摘要： A thermoplastic unitary molded seal comprises a tab, a socket depending from the tab, a pair of links extending from the tab and a locking member secured to the other end of the links. A tether is secured at one end to the locking member adjacent to one of the links and at another end adjacent to the other of the links. The tether is attached at one of its ends by a reduced cross section to permit the tether to be severed from the locking member. The locking member comprises a pair of resiliently secured tangs attached to a cross-member in which there are a pair of recesses and a transverse hole. The recesses and hole receive the tether therethrough. The recesses and hole are inserted within the cavity of the socket with the tether free end inserted so as to lock the tether within the recesses and hole. The tether includes at least a pair of projections, one projecting from the tether on each side of the locking member so that when the tether is locked to the locking member in the socket the tether cannot be removed. The tangs include rearward facing projections which engage mating recesses in the socket. In a further embodiment, the socket has apertures at the bottom region thereof for receiving the tang tips for providing visual evidence of tampering, the tangs displacing in the socket while locked. In a still further embodiment, a pair of tangs are attached to a strap in tandem fashion. The socket member includes a pair of sockets receiving a separate one of the tandem secured tangs so that the seal may be reused.
