摘要： This invention relates to a driver (10') for light emitting devices with an associated capacitance, comprising: - a first switch (S2') coupled to a first terminal (11a') of a light emitting device (11') included in a two dimensional array of light emitting devices, the first switch (S2') being coupled for allowing discharging of the associated capacitance (12') of the light emitting device (11') upon closing of the first switch (S2'); and- a current limiting circuit (31) coupled to the first switch (S2') and to a reference voltage for discharging the associated capacitance (12') with a limited current. Further, the current limiting circuit (31) comprises a first discharge circuit (50) and a second discharge circuit. As a result, the discharge current is controlled in an efficient manner during discharging of the associated capacitance (12').

摘要： This invention relates to a method of driving a dual-function light-emitting and light-sensing device (5) comprising an organic electroluminescent layer (1), such as a polymer layer or a small molecule compound layer, which is sandwiched between a first and a second electrode (2, 3), comprising the following steps:- applying, during a emission state (t1), a first emission signal (V1, J1) to said electroluminescent layer (1), said first signal being such that light is generated by and emitted from said electroluminescent layer (1), and - applying, during a sensing state (t2), a second driving signal (V2,J2) to said organic electroluminescent layer (1), said second driving signal being such that the power of said second driving signal has essentially a zero value for accurately detecting an electric current generated in said organic electroluminescent layer when said organic electroluminescent layer is hit by external light. 摘要： A transparent capacitive powering system (200) is disclosed. The system comprises a pair of receiver electrodes (241, 242) connected to a load (250) through an inductor (260), wherein the inductor is coupled to the load to resonate the system; and a transparent infrastructure (220) having at least a first layer (130) of a non-conductive transparent material and a second layer (120) of a conductive transparent material coupled to each other, wherein the second layer is arranged to form a pair of transmitter electrodes (221, 222), wherein the pair of receiver electrodes are decoupled from the second layer, thereby forming a capacitive impedance between the pair of transmitter electrodes and the pair of receiver electrodes, wherein a power signal generated by a driver (210) is wirelessly transferred from the pair of transmitter electrodes to the pair of receiver electrodes to power the load when a frequency of the power signal substantially matches a series-resonance frequency of the first inductor and the capacitive impedance.

摘要： An autostereoscopic display device comprises a display arrangement such as an emissive display arrangement or an reflective dispplay arrangement, with an array of spaced pixels. A light guiding arrangement has an array of light guide columns, with one column over each display pixel or over a group (such as a column) of pixels. The light guide columns comprise aside wall which tapers outwardly to define a funnel shape with the pixel at the smaller base of the funnel. The funnel provides collimation to reduce cross talk in the display, which is particularly problematic for 3D autostereoscopic displays.

The wireless sensor device comprises a light level sensor and an energy accumulator for providing power to the wireless sensor device. The lighting system includes a control unit, ambience light sources adapted to be coupled to the control unit for emitting an ambience light such that it at least partly peripherally surrounds the display device, and an event detector.
