    • A system, apparatus and method for user service handover include: a packet access network, a mobile switch center, a user device, a packet access unit and a possible circuit domain access network. The packet access unit is used for determining the signaling channel between the packet access network in the packet domain and the mobile switch center in the circuit domain, and managing the bearer between the user device and the mobile switch center; the packet access network processes the handover to the circuit cover domain or the packet cover domain; the circuit domain access network processes the handover to the circuit cover domain or the packet cover domain; the mobile switch center processes the handover from the packet access network or the handover whose destination is the packet access network. Using the invention the handover whose destination or source domain is packet cover domain or circuit cover domain could be carried out when the user is calling under the control of the MSC, and this is advantageous to the operator to provide more continuous service to the user by fully using the packet network cover and improve the efficiency of the network using.

    • A method for the mobility management of a terminal is disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, which includes: a mobility management function receives a request message from a user equipment, the said request message carries the circuit domain location information of the said user equipment; the said mobility management function determines the location updated target mobile switching center based on the said circuit domain location information; the said mobility management function transmits an indication to the said target mobile switching center to enable the said target mobile switching center to update the registration state of the said user equipment. A system and an apparatus for the mobility management of a terminal are also disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. In the embodiments of the present invention, a method for the mobility management cooperation between the circuit domain and the enhanced packet domain is provided, the method utilizes the packet domain to implement the mobility management of the circuit domain and to implement paging for the circuit domain, and is propitious to improve the usage of the enhanced network.
