摘要： The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, to a method of uplink transmission, in which a user equipment transmits a signal in uplink in a wireless communication system. The present invention includes switching an uplink transmission mode used in transmitting the signal to a base station to either a first transmission mode or a second transmission mode, generating a plurality of signals to transmit to the base station via a plurality of component carriers (CCs), and transmitting a plurality of the signals to the base station according to the switched uplink transmission mode, wherein the first transmission mode allows multi-carrier characteristics for the signal transmitted via a plurality of the component carriers and wherein the second transmission mode requests single carrier characteristics for the signals transmitted via a plurality of the component carriers.

摘要： A method for a user equipment to perform random access to a base station in a wireless communication system that supports multiple uplink and downlink carriers is provided. In the method, system information including cell identifier information of each of the downlink component carriers and PRACH TF slot and preamble sequence information which is common to all downlink component carriers, the system information being broadcast through each downlink component carrier corresponding to the cell identifier information, is received. A PRACH preamble is transmitted through one uplink component carrier linked to the downlink component carriers using the received PRACH TF slot and preamble sequence information. An RACH response is received through each of the downlink component carriers. The cell identifier information is used to transmit a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection request signal and cell identifier information of a downlink component carrier, which the user equipment desires to access among the downlink component carriers.

The downlink MIMO system supports a first UE supporting N transmission antennas among a total of M transmission antennas (where M > N) and a second UE supporting the M transmission antennas. The method includes transmitting, by a base station (BS), subframe-associated information which designates a first subframe in which data for the first UE and the second UE is transmitted and a second subframe in which data only for the second UE can be transmitted within a radio frame having a plurality of subframes, and transmitting the first subframe and the second subframe. Reference signals corresponding to antenna ports '0' to 'N-1' of the N antennas are mapped to the first subframe, and reference signals corresponding to antenna ports '0' to 'M-1' of the M antennas are mapped to the second subframe.
