In particular, the invention is directed to methods and systems for graphical security authentication and advertising. A security authentication system may receive advertisements from an advertising service company, process the advertisements to integrate them into the graphical image identity authentication system, and transmit the processed advertisement information back to the advertisement service company. The security authentication system may also monitor user interaction with the advertisements and transmit the logged information to the advertising service company.

摘要： Compounds of formula (I) are inhibitors of HSP90, and are useful inter alia in the treatment of cancers, wherein R is cyano or methoxy; R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted C 1 -C 3 alkyl, and optionally substituted C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl; or R 1 and R 2 taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form a 3- to 7-membered ring optionally substituted by chloro, bromo, cyano, C 1 -C 3 alkyl in which one or more hydrogens are optionally replaced by fluorine, or hydroxy(C 1 -C 3 alkyl)- in which one or more hydrogens in the alkyl part are optionally replaced by fluorine; R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen, C 1 -C 3 alkyl in which one or more hydrogens are optionally replaced by fluorine, and cyclopropyl; or R 2 and R 3 taken together with the carbon to which they are attached form a 3- to 6-membered ring cycloalkyl ring; n is 1, 2 or 3; and Z is (i) -NR 5 R 6 wherein R 5 and R 6 are independently selected from hydrogen, C 1 -C 3 alkyl, and C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl; or R 5 and R 6 taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form a 3- to 7-membered ring optionally substituted by chloro, bromo, cyano, C 1 -C 3 alkyl in which one or more hydrogens are optionally replaced by fluorine, or hydroxy(C 1 -C 3 alkyl)- in which one or more hydrogens in the alkyl part are optionally replaced by fluorine; or (ii) C 1 -C 3 alkoxy in which one or more hydrogens in the alkyl part are optionally replaced by fluorine.
