Der Innenzylinder ist mit Anlageflächen aus transparentem Material für die Plaka­te ausgebildet. In dessen Mittelpunkt ist ein Drehkreuz mit einer senkrechten, mit einem Schwenkantrieb ausgestatteten Welle angeordnet ist, an der Ausleger angebracht sind, die zwischen dem Innen- und Außenzylinder angeordnete Auf­nehmer für Plakattrommeln tragen. Die Stützen des Außenzylinders und die senkrechte Welle des Drehkreuzes sind auf einer Grundplatte angeordnet, die als Lauffläche für Trag- und Führungsrollen dient. Diese sind auf einer, den Wer­beturm nach unten abschließenden Deckplatte montiert. An den Stützen des In­nenzylinders sind Klemmvorrichtungen angeordnet ist, die das Plakat an die An­lagefläche des Innenzylinders führen. Der Werbeturm ist variabel aufstellbar. Die Plakate werden gleichmäßig direkt, ohne Luftpolster auf dem Innenzylinders aufgelegt und vollflächig angepresst. Für die Plakate kann normales Papier mit einem Gewicht von ca. 150 g/m 2 bei Verzicht auf spezielle reißfeste Kunststofffolien eingesetzt werden.

    • A collapsible support frame for a graphic display panel (22) is provided. The support frame has a plurality of support arms (7) pivotally movable between a collapsed condition in which the support arms extend in a generally parallel direction and an erected condition in which the support arms diverge from each other and provide at or towards their operative ends (8) that are remote from each other in the erected condition attachment means (13), preferably in the form of tensioner units. The attachment means provide for the attachment thereto of corners of a generally flexible display panel to hold said panel in a generally planar visible condition. The support arms are pivotally attached to a longitudinally extending central post (1), that is preferably releasably split into two parts, with respect to which the support arms are pivotally movable between said collapsed and erected conditions. The arrangement is such that, in the erected condition, corresponding support arms at or towards the two ends of the post have the attachment means at their operative ends located in substantially the same plane. The invention also provides a collapsible support frame assembly that includes display panels, typically flexible panels that are each fitted with a batten (18) at each end that has fittings (17) for cooperation with said attachment means.
