    • A device (100) for providing a touch-based user interface is disclosed. The device (100) comprises a screen (110), a camera (120), and processing means (101). The camera (120) is configured for imaging a reflection of the screen (110) by a cornea of a user of the device (100). The processing means (101) is operative to display at least one user-interface element (111, 112) on the screen (110), detect that a finger (151) of a hand (150) touches or is about to touch the screen (110), estimate a trajectory (261) of the finger (151), and determine an intended location of touch of the finger (151) on the screen (110). The trajectory (261) of the finger (151) is estimated by analyzing a sequence of images of the reflection. The intended location of touch is determined based on the estimated trajectory (261) of the finger (151). The described solution provides an improved touch-based user interface for hand-held devices (100), such as smartphones, tablets, or mobile terminals, by utilizing a top-down view of the user's finger (151), obtained by means of corneal imaging, as it interacts with the screen (110).
