摘要： A condom comprises a distal non-adhesive tubular portion 1 and a proximal circumferentially outstretched adhesive flange 2. The tubular portion 1 covers the distal part of the penis, whereas the adhesive flange 2 wraps around and sticks onto the proximal part of the penis to prevent slippage and leakage of the condom. The folds created by the flange (2A and 2B) adhering to itself are used as holding tags to ease the condom's removal. The condom may be produced by sealing and cutting two thermoplastic films to create a pouch with a substantially hat shape seam, and two adhesive flanges (2A and 2B) extending from the seam to emulate the above configuration. The adhesive coating may be on the external surface of the flanges and the condom is inverted outside-in to emulate the above configuration.

摘要： An intravaginal menstrual management device comprising a ring and a membranous tube. The tube, with appropriate occluding means, extends substantially outside the vagina for distant emptying of menstrual blood without removal of the ring. The ring may be tubular or corrugated to allow transverse placement in the vagina. There may be indentations on the ring to facilitate lateral compression. The distal open end of the tube may be thickened to ease handling. The ring may be attached to the tube at an angle to facilitate removal. 摘要： A vaginal ring pessary that is double folded for easy insertion by using an applicator. The ring pessary is over sized to allow it to stay in a double folded configuration in vagina. It prevents stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organs prolapse by anchoring its distal loops against pelvic floor and its proximal arches against the prolapsing organs. The applicator has one or more loop holding compartments to hold the loops in place during insertion to ensure proper release of the ring pessary in a transverse position to give maximum circumferential distension of vagina and therefore elevation of pelvic floor. The assembly of ring pessary and applicator is also useful in securing female condom and drug delivery system in vagina.

摘要： The present invention is a female condom with an extended shield that can cover and seal the external genitalia to prevent sperm and disease transmissions during coitus. The construction of the present invention involves sealing of the double layered membranous films in an omega or similar shape to create a tubular and a shield portions, followed by applications of adhesive and releasing sheets onto the exterior of both shields before it is cut into the final product. The tubular portion will form the protective barrier for vagina (condom) while the shield portion, which adheres to the external genitalia, will prevent the seepage of body fluid. The tubular portion may be inverted to serve as a male condom. Double tubular portions are constructed for unconventional sexual activities. Transverse and longitudinal folds are created to enlarge the tubular portion. The female condom may be shaped, textured, coloured and flavoured according to users' demand.

摘要： The present invention is of adhesive condom for preventing spillage and leakage of seminal content as well as slippage of condom during sexual intercourse. Specifically, the adhesive coating on the inner surface of the condom is supported by two separate backing membranes (releasing paper) prior to deployment. The loose ends of double backing membranes extend beyond the condom to act as pulling tags for easy deployment of the condom. The condom may be disposed with more than two backing membranes. The condom can be in rolled, non-rolled or folded configuration. The length of the adhesive condom can be shortened to turn it into an abbreviated condom that covers only the distal portion of penis. Apart from being used to prevent unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections, it can also be used to secure urinary catheter condom onto penis.
