摘要： In a rotary disc filtering apparatus, the filter discs (3) are partially immersed in a body of a liquid to be filtered. Above the body of liquid, there is spray nozzle means (13) for spraying jets (17) of high pressure fluid for removing formed cakes (7) of course particles from the sides of the filter discs. Guide members (14) are attached to the filter discs and arranged, such that said jets of fluid are guided by the guide members to hit against joints where the radially outer peripheral portions of the cakes adheres to the filter discs, as the guide members passes the jets of fluid during rotation of the filter discs.

摘要： An apparatus for filtering liquids, especially for recovering fibres from white water, includes rotatable filter discs (5) at least partly immersed in the liquid to be filtered, and a shaft wall connected to the discs and forming a circular cylindrical filtrate chamber, which extends centrally through the discs. A rigid stationary partition wall (19) extends in the filtrate chamber dividing the latter into at least two axial channels (20, 21). The partition wall (19) is spaced from the shaft wall and arranged, such that all of said axial channels receive various fractions of filtrate, respectively. Filtrate discharge means is provided for discharging said fractions of filtrate separately from the respective axial channels, such that the pressure prevailing in the filtrate of each channel is at least substantially as high as atmospheric pressure.

摘要： An apparatus for filtering liquids, such as fibre pulp suspensions or polluted water, includes annular hollow filter discs (5), each of which has two annular liquid pervious, opposed walls (6, 7) covered with filter material, spray nozzle means (15-17) for cleaning the filter material, and means (12) for providing relative movement between the filter material and the spray nozzle means. The annular opposed walls of each filter disc are only attached to each other at their radially outer ends, whereas they are spaced from each other at their radially inner ends, such that an annular opening is defined between the interior of the filter disc and a filtrate chamber (11) extending centrally through the filter discs. The spray nozzle means (15-17) extends from the filtrate chamber through the annular opening into each filter disc. As a result, an extremely pure fine fraction can be produced, clogging of the filter material is efficiently counteracted, and the operative part of the filter material can be increased.

摘要： A disc filter for filtering mat forming suspensions, such as fibre pulp suspensions, is provided with a hollow shaft for receiving a flow of fine fraction created by hydrostatic pressure difference between the suspension to be filtered and the fine fraction in the hollow shaft. 摘要： An apparatus for filtering suspensions is provided with rotatable annular vertical discs (4) covered with filter material and partly submerged in the suspension to be filtered. Each disc is provided with a number of cells (22) for receiving filtrate from the suspension as the disc is rotated. The cells of each disc communicate with a central filtrate chamber (7) via respective accumulation chambers (30) formed by wall means (31) in the filtrate chamber. Each accumulation chamber of each disc extends axially past the disc and has an outlet (32) which also extends axially past the disc. The advantage is that a more concentrated coarse fraction of the suspension can be achieved.
