    • An automatic debugging system and method for automatically identifying a source of a run- time error in a computer system is disclosed. The debugging system comprises a static analysis system, an instrumentation system and a post-execution analysis system. The static analysis system is arranged to generate static analysis data on computer program code for the computer system, the static analysis data including information on possible behaviours of the computer program code when executed. The instrumentation system is arranged to instrument the computer program code by inserting marker triggers into the computer program code, the marker triggers being arranged to generate a marker associated with each of a number of predetermined points in the computer program code that would be reached during execution of the computer program code, each marker being uniquely identifiable and the points being determined in dependence on the static analysis data. The post execution analysis system is arranged to process data on a run-time error produced by execution of said instrumented computer program code, the generated markers and the static analysis data to identify the source of the run-time error.

    • A chair having a tiltable back part (3) and a separately tiltable seat part (1) mounted on a base part (2) has a mexhanism including a main compression spring (10) which provides adjustable resistancce to the tilting movement. The spring (10) is generally level and has rear ends (10B) which coacts with positionally adjustable members (13 or 21, 22) which defines a shaped path of movement for the spring ends (10b). In one embodiment the members (13) have shaped surfaces over which rollers (8a) run, and cams (15) are used to pivotally adjust the position of the members (13). In another embodiment th members (21) are links (21) pivotally supported on positionally adjustable receiving structures (22), and cams (23) are used to adjust the positions of the structures and hence change the pivot points of the links (21).

    • A chair has a back (2) and a seat part (1), which are pivoted at an axis (8), and to a fixed body (5) at a main pivot (7). An arm (16) is connected to the axis (8) by a link which is displaced by pivoting of the back (2), thereby moving the (arm16) reciprocally. The other end of the arm (16) is connected to a secondary pivot (15), which orbits the main pivot (7) on a further link. Main pivot (7) carries a latch (14) which is adapted to engage withstepped detents (21) on the upper edge of arm (16), while secondary pivot (15) carries a second latch (13) which is adapted to engage with stepped detents (18) formed in the base of body (5). The (arm16) is displaced by rotation of the link to pivot (8) so that latch (14) can engage with different ones of the detents (21), and at the same time displaceable latch (13) to engage with different ones of the fixed detents (18). Respective pivoted bell-crank levers (11) and (12) are also pivoted on axis (8), and have first respective ends which bear on respective latches (13 and 14), and second ends which bear a (cam10) carried on an axis which can be turned by a handle, to engage or disengage the latches. A tilt limiting device is provided by latch (13,14) engaging with stepped detents (119).
