摘要： A method of fabricating a high-temperature bobbin for a solenoid or other electrical assembly includes the step of providing a bobbin configured for use in the assembly. The bobbin is coated with an anti-oxidation composition and an anti-corrosion composition to produce an oxidation/corrosion resistant bobbin. The oxidation/corrosion resistant bobbin is coated with an electrical insulating composition that is resistant to corona discharge at or below a predetermined voltage threshold to produce an insulated and oxidation/corrosion resistant bobbin. The anti-oxidation composition, the anti-corrosion composition, and the electrical insulating composition can withstand temperatures of subzero up to temperature greater than 1000° F.

摘要： A non-contact power reception apparatus is provided, in which a power reception coil for a charging system and a loop antenna for an electronic settlement system are mounted on a battery pack and a cover case of a portable terminal such that the power reception coil is arranged in the center thereof and the loop antenna is disposed outside the power reception coil, so that a mode of receiving a wireless power signal and a mode of transmitting and receiving data are selectively performed, thereby preventing interference from harmonic components and enabling non-contact charging and electronic settlement using a single portable terminal. A jig for fabricating a core to be mounted to the non-contact power reception apparatus is provided.

When the first member is assembled with the second member, a through hole is formed in the bobbin. The through hole extends in a first direction. When the first extension bar is disposed in the through hole of the bobbin, rotation of the core around the first extension bar is prevented. First allowance of the first extension bar in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction, in the through hole is larger than second allowance of the first extension bar in a third direction, which is perpendicular to the first and second directions, in the through hole.

摘要： A transformer having a plastics coil former on whose hollow winding tube (7) between flanges (3, 5) windings (11, 13) of different potentials are wound with one winding wound on top of the other. 摘要： A bobbin wound coil for an electromagnetic coupling includes a bobbin having a cylindrical body, end flanges disposed at opposite ends of the body and a terminal connector defining a central cavity bordered, in part, by inner and outer walls and a side wall extending between the inner and outer walls. A coil has a beginning portion extending through first openings in the inner and outer walls, an end portion extending through second openings in the inner and outer walls, and a center portion wound about the bobbin body. The first and second openings in the inner wall divide the inner wall into first and second circumferential end sections and a center section. A portion of one of the circumferential end sections and the center section is spaced from the side wall to define a recess configured to receive one of the beginning and end portions of the coil.
