摘要： A device for in-situ measurement of substance migration and transformation on a sediment-water interface includes a floating platform. Three take-up and pay-off components are fixedly connected to the edge of a top surface of the floating platform. Each take-up and pay-off component comprises an L-shaped base, a cable take-up and pay-off assembly, vertical rods, a guide sheave wheel, an adjustment assembly and a first cable. Two DGT samplers are fixedly connected to bottom ends of two three take-up and pay-off components. Water quality monitoring sensors are fixedly connected to the two first cables fixedly connected to the two DGT samplers, respectively. A sediment collector is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the other take-up and pay-off component. Sampling can be performed in-situ directly through DGT flat plates to avoid the impact of environmental changes.

摘要： Provided are a sampling probe and a sampling probe automatic separation device, and a use method thereof. The sampling probe comprises a probe tail area (1) and a probe sampling area (2) connected to the top of the probe tail area (1). The probe sampling area (2) comprises a two-piece mold housing component (3) and a sample (4) disposed inside the two-piece mold housing component (3). The two-piece mold housing component (3) is wound and fixed by means of an adhesive tape capable of burning and melting. The automatic separation device comprises a cutting device (5) for cutting a sampling probe, and an inclined bottom plate. The front end of the inclined bottom plate is placed close to the cutting device (5). The inclined bottom plate gradually inclines downwards from the front end to the rear end. A first posture adjustment device (9), a first separation device (10), a second posture adjustment device (11), and a second separation device (12) are sequentially arranged between the front end and the rear end of the inclined bottom plate. Not only the problem that it is difficult to separate the sample from a housing can be effectively solved, but also the situation that an actuation mechanism is stuck with each component is avoided by constraint on the posture of each component.

The cover body of the invention is buckled with the collecting chamber, an elastic card and a buckle structure are arranged to facilitate fastening between the cover body and the bottle body, but make it difficult to separate them apart; this can avoid leakage of a sample inside the collecting chamber; a guide structure is arranged in the cover body, so that a closing area is formed when the opening of the collecting chamber is not deliberately aligned with the elastic card in the cover body during using, the closing between the cover body and the collecting chamber can be easily achieved, thereby improving the testing efficiency.

In one embodiment, a system may include a processor configured to receive a first image of a plurality of adjacent wounds near a form of colorized surface having colored reference elements, determine colors of the plurality of wounds, correct for local illumination conditions, receive a second image of the plurality of wounds near the form of colorized surface, to determine second colors of the plurality of wounds in the second image, match each of the plurality of wounds in the second image to a wound of the plurality of wounds in the first image, and determine an indicator of the healing progress for each of the plurality of wounds based on changes between the first image and the second image.

The invention also relates to a system and method for demolding and analyzing a direct analysis sample.

The apparatus includes a molding cavity for receiving a sample of a molten metal, a gating system for allowing the molten metal to be poured, and a vent for allowing gases to escape from the apparatus when the molten metal is poured. The apparatus further includes at least one chill plate, adjacent to the molding cavity, for enabling faster cooling and solidification of the sample of the molten metal. The apparatus also includes a longitudinal slot, extending from the molding cavity, for allowing a sensor element to be introduced into the sample of the molten metal, the sensor element is a thermocouple wire that is used to monitor a cooling curve of the molten metal, while the molten metal solidifies.

摘要： Systems and methods for a color board for use in reagent strip testing are disclosed. One implementation may include a color board surface, a first colored reference element printed on the color board surface, and a second colored reference element printed on the color board surface. The color board may also include a test region on the color board surface configured to receive at least one reagent pad. The color board may also include a unique code, and the code may reflect specific chromatic properties associated with each of the first colored reference element and the second color reference element at a time of printing. The unique code may be machine readable to enable a machine to later normalize a comparison color, for determining chromatic properties of the at least one reagent pad.
