摘要： The present invention provides an automatic deviation correction control method for a hoisting system, comprising the following steps: obtaining a lateral displacement X and an advancing included angle α generated by the deflection of the hoisting system; when the lateral displacement X is not 0 and the advancing included angle α is not 0, determining whether the lateral displacement X and the advancing included angle α satisfy a preset condition; if the lateral displacement X and the advancing included angle α do not satisfy the preset condition, controlling the hoisting system to correct the deviation toward a center line; and if the lateral displacement X and the advancing included angle α satisfy the preset condition, controlling the hoisting system to correct the deviation toward the center line in a reverse direction.

摘要： A method for offset calibration of a rotation rate sensor signal of a rotation rate sensor. In a first step, an ascertainment is made that the rotation rate sensor is in an idle state. In a second step, after the first step, a filter parameter is determined as a function of the measured rotation rate sensor values, measured in the idle state, of the rotation rate sensor. In a third step, after the second step, a filtered measured rotation rate sensor value is determined with the aid of the filter parameter. An offset is determined with the aid of the filtered measured rotation rate sensor value.

摘要： This need is met by the present invention wherein structural stress in a fatigue-prone region of a structure is determined by using the nodal forces and displacement values in the fatigue-prone region, or equilibrium-equivalent simple stress states consistent with elementary structural mechanics in the fatigue-prone region. The determination is substantially independent of mesh size and is particularly well-suited for applications where S-N curves are used in weld fatigue design and evaluation, where S represents nominal stress or stress range and N represents the number of cycles to failure. The present invention is directed to structural stress analysis through various combinations of modeling, calculation, and direct measurement schemes.

摘要： A system and corresponding method for bulge testing films (e.g. thin films, coatings, layers, etc.) is provided, as well as membrane structures for use in bulge testing and improved methods of manufacturing same so that resulting membrane structures have substantially identical known geometric and responsive characteristics. Arrayed membrane structures, and corresponding methods, are provided in certain embodiments which enable bulge testing of a film(s) over a relatively large surface area via a plurality of different freestanding membrane portions. Improved measurements of film bulging or deflection are obtained by measuring deflection of a center point of a film, relative to non-deflected peripheral points on the film being tested. Furthermore, membrane structures are adhered to mounting structure in an improved manner, and opaque coatings may be applied over top of film(s) to be bulge tested so that a corresponding optical transducer can more easily detect film deflection/bulging. In certain embodiments, a laser triangulation transducer is utilized to measure film deflection/bulging.

摘要： A transmitter wheel is used for example to detect speed changes of an internal combustion engine with high precision in order to calculate a running imbalance value from them. A transmitter wheel of this kind has for example three segments, which are ideally the same length, but in reality usually have lengths which differ slightly from one another. In order to prevent measurement errors which are caused by this, it is known to determine the actual lengths by means of an adaption process. The device according to the invention is embodied such that for each segment, it has a plurality of adaption filters to detect different adaption values for different speed ranges. It has namely turned out that in different speed ranges, different lengths are measured, which is an error that must be compensated for since the length of a segment is in fact actually constant.

摘要： An integrated controller for a vehicle comprises a contact preventive device for detecting a distance between a vehicle and an obstacle and a relative speed, and deciding whether the vehicle may come in contact with the obstacle based on the results of detection so as to perform automatic braking or automatic steering, and a characteristic changing device for causing the suspension or steering characteristic of the vehicle to be changed. The control part of the characteristic changing device changes the suspension or steering characteristic based on information from the control part of the contact preventive device when operating the contact preventive device. In case the characteristic changing device is an active suspension device, the control part changes the suspension characteristic so as to increase a control gain when performing automatic braking and to inhibit the vehicle from being rolled when performing automatic steering. Consequently, it is possible to early change the suspension characteristic when operating the contact preventive device. Thus, the running stability of the vehicle can be enhanced.

摘要： There are provided at least two liquid level detectors in a liquid tank, such as an automobile fuel tank. The detectors are connected so as to obtain the sum of the output signals of the detectors. The positions of the detectors in the tank are determined on the basis of a predetermined reference point. If the reference point lies on a liquid surface formed by a certain amount of a liquid contained in the tank when the tank is horizontal, then the liquid level at the reference point is constant when the tank is inclined so that a horizontal axis of the tank slopes down in one direction at a predetermined angle with the horizontal and when the tank is inclined so that the horizontal axis slopes down in the opposite direction at the same angle with the horizontal. One of the detectors is disposed in a first vertical plane, and the other in a second vertical plane. The first and second vertical planes are perpendicular to the above-mentioned axis of the tank, and symmetrical with respect to the above-mentioned reference point.
