摘要： A spring actuated engagement device for remotely coupling a movable member to a stationary member comprises a fixture mountable onto a stationary member, a spring biased bar that is axially displaceable within a central recess formed within the fixture, an abutting element extending outwardly from the bar for actuating the spring, and a seating element outwardly spaced from the fixture and longitudinally spaced from the abutting element. The abutting element is axially displaceable in a first direction when contacted by a first edge of a movable member, allowing a second edge of the movable member to be received in an interspace between the seating element and the outer face, and to be axially displaced in a second direction after a force that initiated the contact with the first edge is released. A pivotally displaceable locking device, when set to a locked condition, prevents displacement of the actuator.

摘要： An adjustable hinge set and a method for making it improves mounting of a deck lid to a motor vehicle body by permitting mass production adjustments without distortion or multiplication of the parts installed. A hinge set bracket with spaced flanges receiving a pivot strap and pivot therebetween is formed with a substantially vertical slot in each flange. At least one insert having a collar and a stem, reinforces the spacing between the support flanges, as the pivot pin compressionally engages the flanges. Preferably, two inserts having a collar and a stem have a combined length that reinforces the predetermined spacing within a predetermined tolerance when compression is adjusted.

摘要： A self-aligning door stop is taught that consists of a resilient cone shaped body having an apex, a rebated base with a major diameter selected to exceed spacing between a door and a floor upon which the door moves. The rebated base is configured to permit the door stop body to roll into a horizontal position when dropped in proximity of the door. When the door stop is on the floor in any orientation and the door is opened the door stop automatically rolls in the space between the door and the floor thereby self-aligning the door stop. Increasing the door movement retains the door in the desired open position.

The folding mechanism includes a pivot device, a first support member, and a second support member. The first support member is pivotally connected to the second support member by the pivot device. The second support member includes a curve portion. There is a gap formed between the first support member and the second support member by the curve portion for preventing fingers from being trapped when the first support member and the second support member pivot close to each other. Thereby, it can prevent fingers from being trapped during folding the foldable stroller, even close to the pivot device.
