摘要： An extended range sliding door hinge may include a track bracket assembly and an intermediate bracket. The track bracket assembly is sized to be operatively received by a vehicle door track assembly. A first end of the intermediate bracket is movably mounted to the track bracket assembly so that the intermediate bracket may be moved with respect to the track bracket assembly between a retracted position and an extended position. A second end of the intermediate bracket is sized to operatively engage a vehicle sliding door. The extended range sliding door hinge allows the vehicle sliding door to be moved between a standard position when the intermediate bracket is in the retracted position and an extended position when the intermediate bracket is in the extended position.

摘要： A passive hood hinge system for a vehicle is provided. The passive hood hinge system includes a hinge bracket that is coupled to a vehicle body that extends in a vertical orientation and a pin regulation aperture. A hinge arm is coupled with a hood and a descending link has first and second end portions, respectively, rotatably coupled with the hinge arm and the hinge bracket. A support link has first and second end portions respectively, rotatably coupled with the hinge arm and the hinge bracket. A bending lever is disposed at the hinge bracket and has an upper end portion coupled with the descending pin coupled with a pin regulation aperture, and a bent portion that bends when the descending pin at the pin regulation aperture descends. A buffer bracket is disposed at a lower portion of the descending pin and is deformed by pressing the descending pin.

A minimum required setting distance between the door hinge and an upper or lower door skin of a vehicle door can be maintained without changing the design shape of the door skin. Particularly, a door opening trajectory can be formed closer to the door skin and reduced in radius, such that a rotation gap is ensured.

The covering panel overlies an inboard side of a window opening, and comprises a hanging loop with a hanging section. The hinge cover attaches to the hinge base to form a loop support portion between the hinge base and the hinge cover, and to enclose a hanging loop, preventing removal of the hanging loop. The loop support portion enables the hanging loop to be movable between a secured position in which the hanging section is positioned adjacent the inboard end of the hinge base, and an unsecured position in which the hanging section is disposed adjacent the outboard end of the hinge base.
