摘要： An apparatus, system, and method for tilt-up construction using an anchor, a wood beam or other object, and a fastener for coupling the anchor to the object. The anchor is positioned proximate an interior surface of the wood beam and secured to the wood beam with the fastener. The wood beam is part of a wall form having one or more wall sections for defining an interior boundary for receiving a pourable substrate such as concrete. Once the concrete has been poured, the anchor is fixedly coupled to the wood beam. In alternate embodiments, a first fastener and a second fastener may be used to removably couple the second fastener to the first fastener in instances where the wood beam needs to be removed for certain types of tilt-up construction. In these embodiments, the first fastener is cast in the concrete, but is not fixedly coupled to the wood beam.

摘要： A dual-sided mounting bracket for a facade support system includes an L-shaped member having a baseplate for securing to a wall structure and a leg extending from and transverse to the baseplate. The leg defines inside and outside surfaces and a plane. The leg has first and second clips formed therein on opposing sides of a height centerline and extending opposite directions from the leg plane. The clips each define an angled opening at free ends thereof and a capture region adjacent to the angled openings. The first and second clips are configured to receive the support member in either the first or second clip. A support system for supporting a facade on a wall structure includes at least two dual-sided mounting brackets and support member.

摘要： The present invention provides a foundation connection device disposed within a concrete structure, securing the concrete structure to a foundation when a bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation. The device includes a tubular post defining a cavity. A base plate has upper and lower surfaces, an aperture through the surfaces, and the lower surface aligns with a bottom surface of the concrete structure. A stop plate defining a circular through-hole is within the tubular post and receives the bolt. The bolt has a bolt head and a bolt shaft, and when the bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation, the bolt head engages the stop plate and the bolt shaft extends through the circular through-hole of the stop plate within the cavity of the tubular post, and through the aperture of the base plate into the foundation.
