摘要： A position detection device includes: a first group including N (a multiple of 3) first magnetic sensors facing a magnet that rotates in synchronization with a rotation shaft of a motor and arranged at intervals along a rotation direction of the magnet, and a second group including N second magnetic sensors arranged opposite respectively to the N first magnetic sensors across the rotation shaft in a radial direction of the magnet; and a signal processing device processing output signals respectively output from the first and second magnetic sensors. The signal processing device executes averaging processing of generating N average signals by averaging an output signal of the first magnetic sensor and an output signal of the second magnetic sensor arranged at the position opposite to the first magnetic sensor across the rotation shaft, and estimation processing of estimating a rotational position of the motor based on the N average signals.

摘要： A textile production monitoring system includes an electronic device connected with a sewing machine, and with sensors connected with the knife, the pedal, the motor tach of the sewing machine, and with the needle, the sensors transmitting signals to the electronic device. A microprocessor evaluates the four signals received from the sensors in a coordinated way. A software possessing a four-signal algorithm generates information about the products, information on which operator works on which machines for how long, how much product they produce, failure status, and machine efficiency. An Rfid module is connected with the electronic device for monitoring the information and working status of the personnel working on the sewing machine. At least one barcode reader allows for entering information on which order the product sewn in the sewing machine belongs to. A wireless connection module facilitates transfer of the information from the electronic device and the microprocessor wirelessly.

A quilting machine includes a needle bar to which needles are attached, needle thread passing through each needle, a looper shaft to which loopers are attached, a looper corresponding to each needle and from which looper thread is provided to form stitches, and a retainer bar to which spreaders are attached to facilitate stitching. A drive pulley powered by a first servo motor rotates cranks to move the needles through a cycle and rotates a belt which rotates an indexer pulley. Rotation of the indexer pulley oscillates the looper shaft and reciprocates the retainer bar. Another drive pulley powered by a second servo motor operates to move an input web through the machine between chain stiches.

The functional thread may be comprised of one or more fibrous filaments or have a monofilament structure. The invention encompasses the sewing of this functional thread at varying stitch densities as function of component stress analysis, the mechanical stresses that the component will be subject to when exposed to the forces and loads associated with its intended use, and at least one physical or mechanical property of a functional thread. This variable stitch density serves to provide targeted, localized mechanical enhancement and reinforcement to the resultant composite structure.

The control device is configured to read, from the storage portion, the sizes of the work cloth that respectively correspond to the types of the embroidery frame. The control device is also configured to cause the display portion to display the sizes of the work cloth that have been read.

摘要： All embroidery data in a flash memory card are copied to a RAM, and file numbers of the embroidery data copied to the RAM are displayed on a LCD. When the user selects the embroidery data to be erased, the data are erased from the RAM and the LCD. When the selection of the data to be erased is over and an end key is pressed, the flash memory card is initialized, and thereafter the remaining embroidery data left on the RAM are copied to the flash memory card. Accordingly, the operation of rewriting the data in the flash memory card is completed at one time, with the result that the rewriting time required for the erasing of plural embroidery data can be greatly reduced.
